The Akwapim South Constituency Parliamentary Candidate for National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Eastern Region, Madam Lawrencia Adwoa Dziwornu has embarked on her Thank You Tour to express her overwhelming gratitude to the delegates, sympathisers, members and supporters of the NDC in the constituency. The PC was accompanied by her constituency executives as they kick-started their Thank You Tour, following the just ended presidential and parliamentary elections.
In a news item by Mr. Okai Mintah and captured by Soireenews.com, he writes; "I took the opportunity to encourage comrades present, to double the hard work exhibited before and during the 2020 elections in order to secure a smooth victory for both former President John Dramani Mahama and the Parliamentary Candidate, Madam Lawrencia."
Also in attendance were the Eastern Regional Deputy Youth Organiser of the NDC, Nat Tetteh, Lawyer Aboagye, Former Parliamentary Candidate Hopeful for Akwapim South) and Akwapim South constituency executives led by Mr.Ebenezer Agbovi, the Vice Chairman of ASC.
Speaking in an interview with journalist, Madam Dziwornu urged all "our party supporters and sympathizers not to lose hope in our pursuit to claim the Akwapim South Constituency parliamentary seat for our party."
She stressed that it is the time for the party to re-strategise to its actions and prepare fully to win the constituency first parliamentary seat in the 2024 general.
She called for peace, unity and hard work of all supporters and members in the preparation towards the next showdown.
