According to Prof. Akosa, Ghana must applaud Kwaw Ansah for the Bisa Aberwa Museum

At the Ghana Club's Film Pioneers Achievement Gala on September 20, Prof. Agyeman Badu Akosa was there to honor Kwaw Ansah with a citation for his achievements in the film industry, but he couldn't resist praising the celebrated director for yet another remarkable achievement.

According to Prof. Akosa, Ghana must applaud Kwaw Ansah for the Bisa Aberwa Museum

The renowned doctor, professor, and politician claimed that by working alone to build the Bisa Abrewa Museum at Nkontompo, Sekondi in the Western Region, Kwaw Ansah had demonstrated his patriotism and value to his nation.

In regard to the museum that is close to the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital, Prof. Akosa remarked, "Those of you who have not been there, please find an opportunity to go to Nkontompo and just go and see something for yourselves."

On July 28, 2019, the Bisa Aberwa Museum was formally opened. Information about the incredible accomplishments of black people from Africa, the Caribbean, North and South America, the South Pacific, Asia, and Europe is abundant throughout the museum's four floors and outdoor areas.

The museum has a strong emphasis on accomplishments in a variety of fields, including the humanities, science, technology, visual and performing arts, music, film, and architecture.

Kwaw Ansah was regarded by Prof. Akosa as an authentically African person who always had insightful things to say about the continent and whom he cherished.

"I can categorically claim that I don't think there is anywhere in this nation where one person has accomplished what Kwaw Ansah has done through the Bisa Aberwa Museum. The entire nation should congratulate him, according to Prof. Akosa.

When Kwaw Ansah received his citation from Prof. Akosa, he congratulated the Ghana Club's administration. He made the point that every African has a responsibility to always promote the positive aspects of the continent to the outside world.

The Ghana Club recognized King Ampaw, another filmmaker, for his commitment to the development of filmmaking in this nation.

He and Kwaw Ansah are both Club members.
