The president of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo has hinted that 33900 jobs will be created from agenda 111.
According to the President, when rolled out would provide enough job opportunities to many.

The president disclosed this on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, on the floor of parliament as per the prescription of article 67.

Works on the sites for the project, according to the President were ongoing but we're optimistic the project will deliver the needed benefits.

Agenda 111 which was borne out of the covid experience, according to the President and will seek to solve the health needs.
Works, according to the President have begun on 87 of the project sites across the country.

He added that the ongoing works on the project sites across the country were at various levels of completion.

"... the Presidential vaccine manufacturing committee which I set up to respond VB to this obvious deficiency, has put in place a comprehensive strategy for domestic vaccine production, and the establishment of a National Vaccine Institute(NVI) to implement strategy, which will enable us to begin the first phase of commercial production in January 2024.

He said a bill would soon be laid in Parliament for support and approval of the National Vaccine Institute(NVI).
