The Europa League draw has taken place with Manchester United, Rangers and Wolves learning who they will play in the round-of-16.

Of the five British teams who entered the competition at the start of the season, only United, Rangers and Wolves remain.

Both Celtic and Arsenal suffered embarrassing defeats in their round-of-32 second leg ties to be knocked out the tournament, by Copenhagen and Olympiakos respectively.

And with no seedings or country protection, the draw could have pitted two of the British clubs against each other, but they were kept apart in what looks a favourable outcome.

Manchester United will face Austrian side LASK in their tie, while fellow Premier League side Wolves take on Greek side Olympiacos. Steven Gerrard’s Rangers have been drawn against Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen.

Rangers will welcome Leverkusen to Ibrox for the first leg on March 12, with Wolves making the trip to Athens and United travelling to Linz. The second legs will take place on March 19.
