The French boy won the accolade last year scoring 33 times in 29 league games.

Kylian Mbappe has been crowned as the Golden Boot winner in the just ended French League.

The PSG star who is under the radar of top rated European teams including Real Madrid and Liverpool. He was joint-leading goal scorer with Monaco striker, Wissam Ben Yadder. Mbappe was recognized as the top scorer by the Ligue 1 via its official twitter explaining that all his goals came from open play, while three of Ben Yedder's were penalties.

His goals-per-game ratio was also superior, his 18 coming in 20 games, while Ben Yedder scored his in 25.

Moussa Dembele, Lyon star finished third in the standings on 16 goals, while Mbappe's team mate Angel Di Maria was confirmed as Ligue 1's top creative player with 14 assists.

Mbappe also won the golden boot last year, scoring 33 times in 29 league games.
