The Kokoso Polling Station chairman of the Bantama Electoral Area, Nana Owusu Ansah has endorsed Asenso Boakye as the promising candidate to redeem the image of the Bantama Constituency.

Mr. Owusu Ansah on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 represented 10 polling stations including Kokoso, Adomanu, Abrepo, Adowato and a few others to pick a nomination form for the deputy Chief of staff at the New Patriotic Party office, Bantama.

 

 

Speaking to the media, the Kokoso polling station chairman addressed that Bantama has been a victim of poor roads and lacked developmental projects in the reign of the incumbent Member of Parliament, Okyem Aboagye therefore it was needful to effect a change.

“He will transform Bantama if given the nod to be MP. The current administration is underperforming and we are not cheerful about that,” he said.

He divulged that majority of projects that goes on in the Bantama Constituency is in the name of Asenso Boakye and for that reason, making him the frontrunner of the constituency will reap more benefits and project the name of Bantama and its surrounding electoral areas.

 

 

“We know what he is capable. Our expectation is help him win the elections to represent Bantama in Ghana’s Parliament. We believe very well that he will effect the constituency. We will give him whatever support he needs to be successful,” he said.
