Yamfo College of Health resolves accreditation issues – Administrator   

All issues concerning accreditation for the Yamfo College of Health have now been resolved, the school's administrator has disclosed. 

Mr. Benjamin Asare Kyei in an interview with Soiree news said the school 2018 has accredited the institution and all its programs. 

There was agitation some 2years ago by some students who were passing out of the school for the failure on the part of the school's authorities to secure accreditation.

 Responding to the issue, the administrator said, the college 2018 has been accredited by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission formerly known as the National Accreditation Board.

 He added that all the programs offered by the College have also been accredited. 

Citing an example to back his claim, Mr. Asare Kyei said, the Physician Assistant program is accredited by the Medical and Dental Council.

Touching on the challenges of the school, the administrator said, they do not have enough accommodation for students, and they do not have enough classroom facilities. 

Among others, he added that the College has a challenge with teaching and learning materials, school buses, and staff quarters.
