Wench High Court To Rule On Techman South 2020 Parliamentary Election Petition Today.
Ahead of the court proceedings, the court has been surrendered with a heavy security presence and major roads in the central business area where the court is located have been blocked to traffic by the police.

The Wenchi High Court in the Bono Region today Wednesday 30th November 2022 to rule on the 2020 Techiman South Parliamentary Election Petition between the National Democratic Congress NDC candidate Mr Christopher Baiyre and the New Patriotic Party NPP Member of Parliament Honourable Martin Adjei Mensah Korsah.
Ahead of the court proceedings, the court has been surrendered with a heavy security presence and major roads in the central business area where the court is located have been blocked to traffic by the police.
The case which has been disputed in court for the past two years will finally be declared to know the rightful member of Parliament to lead the people of Techiman South after the NPP Member of Parliament was declared by the Electoral Commissioner which lead to the death of some party supporters on the day of 2020 General Elections in the country.
