Joe Mettle has finally replied to his critics on his premarital sexual scandal rumour.

According to unconfirmed sources, Joe married his wife, Salomey Selasie Dzisa, because he had allegedly impregnated her. The sources went on to claim that the musician had no choice in the matter as he had to marry her to protect his image after he had put her in the family way.

The reports were in stark contrast to Joe Mettle's claims, who had earlier said that he made a vow never to have sex until he was married and that he had never previously kissed anyone in his life up until the point where the Holy Spirit had to "teach" him how to kiss his wife during their wedding ceremony.

Joe Mettle expressed his surprise on how such a vile trend was started in his exclusive interview with ZionFelix on the ‘Uncut’ Show. He maintained that there is no truth in the words of the rumour mongers as no such thing happened before his marriage.

The traditional engagement ceremony was held on August 13, ahead of their final wedding plans, a white wedding scheduled for Saturday, August 15th at the Christian Centre Assemblies of God Church at Tema Community 12.
