Zidane has reiterated that Real Madrid have not won the La Liga trophy despite Barcelona dropping points since the restart.

The Frenchman believes until the competition is over, Los Blancos must keep fighting.

Barca’s Atletico Madrid 2-2 draw has given Real Madrid a huge advantage in the title race, as a win for them against Getafe on Thursday, July 2, 2020, will leave the Catalan side three points behind them.

"We haven't won anything [yet]," Zidane stated during Wednesday's pre-match press conference.

"We have six games [left]. Eighteen points.

"Until we are mathematically champions, we have to keep going.

"But the rivals are going to do everything they can to win their games.

"No confidence and no saying 'this is over'.

Real Madrid before the coronavirus break were a point behind the Blaugranas. They have won all their games and are looking forward to extend their winning streak to six against Getafe on Thursday, July 2, 2020. He explained on the need to take every game as a final and approach it with a winning mentality.

"I'm very happy and proud of the players," the coach explained.

"But we have six 'finals' left and one is tomorrow [July 2].

"And we have to think about trying our best to win.

"We're good, but this doesn't mean anything."
