TODAY AT SEFWI DWINASE JOHN BITAR CLUB HOUSE IN THE WIAWSO MUNICIPALITY, THE WESTERN NORTH REGION LAUNCHED THE STREET FOOD VENDING PERMIT.

The street vending permit was launched at Sefwi Dwinase in the Sefwi Wiawso municipality by the Western North regional environmental health officer, Paul Nutsugah Kwasi Junior.

In collaboration with the Food and Drugs Authority, a street vending permit was created for food vendors with the goal of ensuring healthy food vending.

On his part, the regional environmental officer, Paul Nutsugah Kwasi Junior, asked food traders to fully patronize it so that nutritious meals may be sold.

Mr. Paul Nutsugah stated that one of the primary concerns is the absence of adequate bathroom facilities, which is primarily seen in schools.
Prior to this, steps to build restroom facilities in various schools were put in place.

As a result, he pushed residents to build restroom facilities at their homes rather than using the schools.

Food sellers, for their part, promised to patronize the event and follow all necessary protocols to promote a healthier environment.

They also requested that the government provide them with whatever required assistance in order to ensure that they have access to good food and a healthy environment.
