Kwesi Arthur has labelled all Ghanaian leaders as gluttons.

The rapper said this in his consolation message to the families of the people that were shot during the unfortunate incident at Ejura.

According to him, clashes like that which lead to loss of lives can only be blamed on the lackadaisical nature of the government.

An Akufo Addo led government that has refused to hear the cry of ordinary citizens over the harsh cost of living in recent times.

Kwesi Arthur maintained that Ghana is being plagued by leaders who only know how to take care of themselves and the people around them instead of actually caring for the lives of citizens.

He angrily took to his Twitter to express his displeasure at the terrible turn of events.

"Peace to all the families who lost thema people cos of these gluttons we dey call leaders"

This comes after it was reported that two people had lost their lives during protests by some youth of Ejura over the murder of Ibrahim Anyass, popularly known as Macho Kaaka.

Macho Kaaka, who was part of the Economic Fighters League a major part of the #FixTheCountry movement, was reportedly attacked by a crowd at around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021.

In what was obviously a ploy by higher forces to take him out, the activist was rushed to the Ejura Sekyeredumase District Hospital after which he was later referred to the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital

Kaaka was confirmed dead on Monday, 28th June 2021.

Four other individuals sustained injuries during the clash of the youth with the military officers.
