Naa Ashorkor has called on Ghanaians to take the coronavirus vaccine jab.

The radio/TV personality, who is one of the few Ghanaians to have taken the vaccine, advocated for the usage of the vaccine as the benefits far outweigh the little side effects it brings.

After taking the vaccine on Tuesday, March 2, 2020, when the President of the land, his vice, and other prominent people in the country took the first jabs on live TV to allay the fears of conspiracy theorists who believe that the vaccine is a ploy be whites whip out African; she has come out to admit that the vaccine does come with certain side effects.

She took to her Instagram page to outline that she has been feeling tired with little headaches since then, but the side effects are expected to occur.

Uploading the ordeal on her Instagram page, she used the opportunity to encourage others who are supposed to be a part of the first 600,000.

“A day after my COVID-19 vaccine shot … I’m experiencing the expected side effects. Headache, pain in the arm that received the shot and some fatigue. Am I worried? Noooooooo. Am I freaking out? Noooooooo. Do I think you should take the vaccine? Definitely YES!,” he tweet reads.

She now joins the likes of Diana Hamilton, who had already received her vaccine shot in the United Kingdom, to advocate for the vaccine.

In a bid to dispel the fear and loathing that is present in Ghanaians for the virus, celebrities who have taken the vaccine have been speaking up on the benefits of taking the vaccine jab.
