Yaw Tog has been shown some love by his SHS colleagues.

The fast-rising artist was hailed in front of his school Opoku Ware School in Kumasi, while his "Sore" track could be heard ringing throughout the grounds.

He visited the school with his head through the roof o his vehicle while the students hailed him from behind the gates.

No access to the grounds was granted however as he was denied entry by the school's security.

Yaw Tog, who has been going from strength to strength after his remix of "Sore" with U.K's Stormzy, was named BET International’s 'BET Amplified International' Artist of the Month for April.

This came shortly after he bagged his own Complex article upon the release of his seven-track EP which also features this track, alongside tracks from fellow Ghanaian rapper Sean Lifer—beat from Doosis, KhendiBeatz, Juiczx and DG Productions.

Stormzy and Yaw Tog had earlier both performed on stage at the UPP Festival for a performance back on the 1st of January, 2021.

The "Sore" hit remix which also features Kwesi Arthur instantly set the new record on music streaming platform Youtube, where he attained a million views in three days, the fastest in Ghana.
