Showboy detained after altercating with a police officer; scheduled to appear in court

In a video that we were able to obtain, Showboy was shown arguing angrily with a friend with a police officer who, throughout the video, was composed and just concerned with doing his job.

Regardless of the crime he committed, Showboy stated in the video that he would never stand for the policeman attempting to extort money from him.

Even though the cop appeared prepared to get up on his motorcycle and leave the scene, the 2hype gang head gave him a lot of grief, even going so far as to call him "a bitch ass nigga."

His actions appear to have escalated fast because a later-discovered document revealed that he was taken into custody and given a court appearance charge.

The arrest record states that Showboy was driving recklessly and without a driver's license, which may be additional evidence that the police officer's questioning of Showboy about his license sparked his altercation.

Showboy, nevertheless, doesn't seem to be concerned about the circumstances as he went on to publish another video in which he counseled the young people not to give money to police officers while they are on the road.

Showboy contended in the film that the police are not funded by the government with tax payer money to extort people, but rather by the government to safeguard the public.

Many people reacting to the video question his approach toward the officer, even though they agree with his suggestion not to give money to the police.
