Remain At  Post To Work  –Leadership Of NABCo To All CPTP Trainees Working With MCRA
NABCO Trainees
The leadership of the National Builder Corps (NABCO) Trainees Association of Ghana (NABTAG) has called all the beneficiaries and general public to disregard the current purported repetition which went viral announcing the exit of NABCO beneficiaries working with the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs.

According to the National Communication Team Lead of NABTAG, Mr. Akwasi Botchway, "We have sighted a letter dated 21st January 202 of which the subject reads "RETENTION AND EXIT OF NATION BUILDERS CORPS (NABCO).
He stressed that "NABTAG is using this medium to inform all Trainees on the Career Path Training Programme (CPTP) working with the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs (MCRA) and the general public, that a quick investigation run into the matter reveals that the letter sent to them was, with all due respect, misinformed."
He pointed out that "The directive issued by NABCO Secretariat asking trainees to "remain at post pending permanency arrangements' "_ was precipitated as a result of a direct instruction from the presidency, which enjoins all MIPs to keep working with CPTP trainees until further notice."
He added, "Unless there is an official revocation from NABCO Secretariat against their own earlier directive or an institutional position as a punitive measure against gross misconduct, or an expiration of the extended period is due, no CPTP trainee will be asked to vacate the post."
According to him,  further steps have been taken to invoke management into this matter; all of which is intended to resolve this anomaly.
He stressed that the letter in reference was specifically meant for CPTP trainees working with the above ministry, not NABCO trainees nationwide.
He pointed out that any subsequent information shall be given in due time and entreated the CPTP trainees working with the above ministry to stay safe to work
