NDC Stalwarts Endorse Dr Ekwow Spio-Garbrah To Partner Mahama For 2024 General Elections
According to them, their call on H.E President Dramani Mahama to choose Dr Spio-Garbrah his running mate has become necessary because "indeed, we know him as a man with what it takes to complement the efforts of JM to rescue this country from the doldrums the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has plunged us into."

THE SCORES of the leading members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) called on the Presidential Candidate of the party, former President John Dramani Maham to consider choosing the former Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Ekwow Spio-Garbrah as his potential running mate for the 2024 general elections.
According to them, their call on H.E President Dramani Mahama to choose Dr Spio-Garbrah his running mate has become necessary because "indeed, we know him as a man with what it takes to complement the efforts of JM to rescue this country from the doldrums the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has plunged us into."
However, and more significantly, they stressed that "we are rooting for him and praying all the people that count in the decision of who becomes the next running mate, to give a very serious consideration for his selection because,Dr. Spio Garbrah, we believe is the man that can potentially pair JM to get the rescue mission accomplished.
"We always said that we can't afford to consider our next choice of a running mate on the motivations of emotions and what we stand to gain as individuals.
"That would amount to placing the destiny of the country on the edge of a cliff.
This is the time to eschew every selfish motivation and place the interest of the country first. Ghana cannot be used for fulfilling the dreams of individuals becoming presidents and others," they added.
