Liverpool and Real Madrid would have to budget less than 100 million euros to add Kylian Mbappe to the squad next season, according to L'Equipe.

Mbappe’s contract will finish in 2022 and the French winger is not willing to keep playing for Paris Saint Germain. He has informed the club of his desire to change environment and welcome a new challenge.

Real Madrid and Liverpool have emerged as potential candidates for the 21-year-old.

The Los Blancos have been tracking the world cup winner since his time in Monaco but they were beaten by the Ligue 1 club for the player’s signature.

Klopp has been in talks with Mbappe’s father to convince his son to choose Liverpool, and per the determination of the player to leave, the Reds are on alert.
