The parliamentary hopeful for Lower Manya Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Eastern Region, Dr. Winfred Korletey Baah, has called on his supporters to join him to rally support for the parliamentary candidate elect for the NDC in the area, Mr. Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi to win the parliamentary seat for the party in the 2024 general elections.
"My friends, we have come to the end of a long journey. The delegates have spoken, and they have spoken clearly. I have the honour of congratulating Honourable Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi as the NDC parliamentary candidate elect for Lower Manya, a  constituency that we both love,"Dr.Baah noted in a news item captured by Soireenews.com
According to him, "ln a contest as long and difficult as this campaign has been, his success alone commands my respect for his ability and perseverance."
He urged all my supporters to join me in not just congratulating him, but offering him our goodwill and earnest effort to find ways to come together and work towards winning the next elections. 
He maintained that Whatever our differences, we are fellow Akatamansonians.
"To all my campaign team members, who fought so hard and valiantly, month after month, thank you so much. A lost election will never mean more to me than the privilege of your faith and friendship.
"I don't know what more we could have done to try and win this election. I will leave that to others to determine.
"This campaign was and will remain the great honour of my life, and my heart is filled with nothing but gratitude for the experience and to the people of Lower Manya for giving me a fair hearing before deciding that Hon Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi should have the honour of leading us to the next elections," Dr. Baah noted.
