Its Good to work on the field than sitting at the office - Sefwi-Wiawso Coordinating Director

The New Coordinating Director for Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly in the Western North region, Mr Joseph K Baah-Darkoh has embarked on a familiarization tour within the municipality to some of the government departmental offices and other institutions.

The purpose of the visit was to cooperate with them to generate development within Sefwi Wiawso municipality as well as the Western North regional capital.

In an interview with Soireenews, Mr Joseph K Baah-Darkoh stated that it is not benefitting to be an armchair coordinating director,  one has to be on the field at all times to witness happenings within the departmental offices and also identify their challenges.

The Coordinating Director for Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly appealed to other institutions and stakeholders to support the assembly in terms of their cooperate responsibilities to help move the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal forward.

The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Agricultural Director, Mr Joseph Otoo also commended the coordinating director on his visit.

He expressed that his presence gave them the opportunity to address challenges the department is facing for solutions.
