I Want To Work With Sarkodie, But They Won’t Let Me - Paa Solo of Sibo Brothers

Paa Solo has lamented how difficult it is to get a collaboration with Sarkodie.

According to the highlife legend, there would be nothing he would love more than to be on a Sarkodie track.

This he said, is seeming impossible by the day because his management makes it difficult to collaborate with other artists, especially with veterans.

He accused management of artists of being biased against veterans.

Back in the day, the easiest thing was to get a collaboration with a fellow artist he recalled.

This was when artists were still interested in helping each other, not now when it's every man for himself. 

In his interview with Doctar Cann on Happy 98.9 FM’s Showbiz Xtra, Paa Solo admitted that he admires Sarkodie the most out of all the musicians in Ghana.

“I would love to work with him but the procedures involved are preventing me from reaching him”.

“I understand that there are procedures involved and that they should be followed but what I don’t understand is why they make it very complicated”,

“At the end of the day, they come out with one excuse or another”. he bemoaned.

Paa Solo of the defunct music group also noted that for him, music does not pay as an inch as people think.

"Ever since I started doing music, I haven’t seen any improvement in my life and also, it does not pay as much as people think it does and I wouldn’t want my children to experience that. As I speak, I’m not receiving a pesewa from all my songs on YouTube but someone else is benefiting from it. I tried fighting for what rightfully belongs to me with my management but all to no avail"
