The case in which Santrokofi, Akpafu, Likpe and Lolobi (SALL) were deliberately removed from Hohoe constituency to make Mr Amewu win the seat on the eve of the election 2020.
Those towns up to now don't have a representation in parliament so in order to correct the wrongs, a petition was filed at the Ho High court to annul the Hohoe parliamentary results in the 2020 general elections.
The court is due to rule tomorrow after the EC admitted in court that, they made a mistake by removing those towns from Hohoe constituency.
