Ghanaian gospel singer Empress Gifty Adorye has been slammed for overhyping her appearance as guest host of United Showbiz.
Empress Gifty is the next planned guest host of the new rotating host format of the show formerly hosted by Nana Ama McBrown.
Already Ghanaian actor John Dumelo and actress Yvonne Nelson have hosted the show and this Saturday, Empress Gifty takes over the reins.
All other hosts came to do their job without much noise after being announced as hosts but Empress alone could not manage that.
Two days away from the show and she’s on social media hyping up her hosting opportunity like she won an award or something similar.
Gifty in a video can be seen bragging about being named the host and claims it’s all part of the big things she has in store for Ghanaians this year.
the guests who will be present on the show are Ceccy Twum, Celestine Donkor, Arnold, and the two regular panelists A Plus and Bulldog.
Netizens could not stand her pretending getting a hosting gig is such a big deal and came for her.
According to Ghanaians, neither John nor Yvonne made any big deal when announced as hosts so she should pipe down and allow us to breathe.
