Quamina MP has opened up more about the accident that took his father's life.

It would be recalled that the blossoming artiste had lost his father in a road accident that occurred on the Accra-Akosombo highway on the 26th of November, 2020.

His father did not die in the accident, as he was still able to make it to the hospital.

It was at the hospital that he succumbed to the injuries that had been suffered from the accident, even though Quamina MP did not suffer any injuries. 

The young artiste has now disclosed that he was in the backseat when the accident happened.

While speaking with the popular Ghanaian media personality, Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, he recalled how both himself and his dad were comfortably sitting at the back.

“I was sitting in the backseat with my dad when the accident happened. The passing of my father reminded me that family always come first. It also taught me that I should gotten closer to him when he was alive."

"I am sure my father is the one giving me the strength I am having right now. If I had died in that accident, the people who were close to me would miss me for my liveliness. Ghanaians would miss me for the bangers and the energy I bring forth."

Dealing with my father’s passing wasn’t easy. It is still not easy. But I had a lot of good people around who consoled and tried to encourage me.”he stated.

The one-week observation of Quamina MP’s father happened on December 17, 2020.

He was joined by colleagues, the likes of Kwesi Arthur, Kofi Mole, Kelvyn Boy’s manager, and close associates.
