Chairman, C.K. Akaho -Tay Donates Laptop To NDC North Tongu Constituency Database Committee

NORTH TONGU Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Volta Region, Mr.C. K. Akaho-Tay has demonstrated his statesmanship to resource the North Tongu Constituency Database Committee ahead of the 2024 general elections.
Mr Akaho-Tay who was described by many as developmental oriented chairman in an open display presented a GH¢ 10,000 hp laptop to the North Tongu Constituency DATABASE Committee.
The laptop was presented during the familiarization visit by NDC Volta Regional Executives Committee (REC) to North Tongu Constituency.
The laptop was received by North Tongu Constituency Deputy Secretary of the NDC Mr Jerry John Amedzro and the Constituency Deputy Communications Officer, Mr Wisdom Wilson Adzedakor on behalf of the Database Committee.
As the 2024 general elections getting nearer, the NDC Volta Regional Executives have set themselves in motion to tour the eighteen (18) constituencies of the region to acquaint themselves with the preparedness of the various Constituency Executives' Committee for the task ahead.
On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at exactly 0440GMT, the NDC Volta Regional Team held a closed-door meeting with the Constituency Executive Committee (CEC) of North Tongu Constituency at Mr Akaho- Tay's residence at Mepe.
During the visit, the REC engaged in constructive discussions with Constituency Executive Committee, outlining their achievements so far, plans to be executed, and also focusing on strategies to strengthen the party's presence at the grassroots level.
They emphasized the importance of unity, effective communications, and mobilization to build a formidable foundation for the electoral success of the Party.
The North Tongu CEC, led by Chairman C.K Akaho Tay, expressed their joy, gratitude, and satisfaction for the Regional Executives' visit and appreciate their guidance and encouragement towards 2024 elections victory goals.
The members of the Regional Executives Committee (REC) who were part of the high powered Regional entourage included Mawutor Agbavitor (Regional Chairman), Hon. Egypt Kudoto (Vice Chairman), James Gunu (Regional Secretary), Siki Abibu (Regional Organizer), Hajia Hawa Tahiru (Zongo Caucus Coordinator), Hon. Elliott Wogbe (Deputy Regional Organizer), Hon. Bright Ege (Deputy Secretary), Hon. Delali Bright Kugbeadzor (Deputy Communications Officer), Hon. Ann Awo Galley (Deputy Women Organizer) and Hon. Cynthia Afeafa Woayor (Deputy Women Organizer).
The outcome of the meeting has emboldened and radicalised CEC members to work extra hard to rescue the country from this insensitive, reckless, hopeless, bankrupt, corrupt Nana Addo/Bawumia/NPP government.
North Tongu is a battle ready to contribute troops to the rescue mission before, during, and after the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections.
