Barcelona is ready to listen to offers for Martin Braithwaite and Philippe Coutinho as they seek the signing of Borussia Dortmund hitman Erling Haaland, according to reports.

The Norwegian international has been in sensational form this season, establishing himself as one of the world’s best strikers and a move away from the Westfalenstadion could be on the cards this summer.

Barcelona has recovered from a shaky start to the season to emerge as genuine contenders for the La Liga title.

However, regardless of how they fare amid their battle with the likes of Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid, they’re on the lookout for reinforcement.

The Catalans know they require a new centre-forward, having failed to replace Luis Suarez following his exit last year and Erling Haaland is currently their priority target.

The Borussia Dortmund star has been in dazzling form this season, scoring over 35 goals across all competitions. He is still the leading scorer in the Champions League, while only Robert Lewandowski has scored more when it comes to the Bundesliga.

According to reports, Barcelona is determined to win the race for Haaland, they’re ready to listen to offers for the likes of Coutinho and Braithwaite.

Coutinho arrived from Liverpool back in the January transfer window of 2018, with the La Liga titans paying a massive £142million to snap him up but he is never remotely lived up to expectations over in Catalonia.

Coutinho is arguable one of the most expensive flops in football history, having scored just 24 times since his move. He spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich, ironically scoring against Barcelona during their amazing 8-2 victory over the Catalan side in the quarter-finals and now, he is poised to be cut loose.

Liverpool may be interested in a potential return for Coutinho, but the Reds certainly won’t be breaking the bank for the playmaker, likewise, Arsenal, who were knocked back when they tried to bring the 28-year-old to the Emirates Stadium back in the summer of 2019.

The Catalonians are hopeful of signing Memphis Depay, with the Netherlands International enjoying a fine season for Lyon over in Ligue 1 so far. He has scored 19 goals in the French top-flight alone and will become a free agent at the end of the campaign, with his contract winding down.

Meanwhile, speaking recently, Mino Raiola insisted Dortmund didn’t want to sell Haaland.

However, he did admit that he doesn’t necessarily agree with that decision.

"I can confirm that I have been in Dortmund, Michael Zorc - Dortmund's sporting director - made very clear that they don't want to sell Erling. I respect it but it doesn't mean that I agree. There is no war between me and Dortmund."
