The Mankrado of Gomoah Fetteh under Gomoa Akyempim Traditional in the Central Region, Nana Kwesi Kwansah popularly called Akwesi Alhaji, has denied being assigned his boys to partner with one self-styled chief at Awutu Breku called Raman who are seriously terrorizing the residents and land developers at Gomoa Akrama, a suburb of Kasoa in the Gomoa East District of Central Region.

However, credible information from the prominent personalities in Gomoa Akrama which has collaborated reports from the offices of Nana Kwesi Kwansah Akwesi indicated that the chief doesn't have any link with the activities of the land-guards in the Gomoa Akrama enclave of the region.

Addressing some allegations levelled against him by some land developers and residents at Gomoa Akrama, Nana Kwesi Kwansah admitted that being the traditional office holder he has boys who have been protecting his landed properties in Gomoa Fetteh enclaves from encroachers but he has not asked any of his boys to go and support Raman to destroy lives and properties at Gomoa Akrama.

He pointed that allegations leveled against him that he supported Raman to use the land-guards to attack some land developers in Gomoa Akrama is not true, saying he has no control over the land of Gomoa, a situation he described as disturbing and worrying.

He stressed that "Raman is not my friend, saying on Wednesday August 10, 2022, one senior soldier officer also called me via telephone from Burma Camp in Accra and asked me whether my boys are the one moving with Raman in Gomoa Akrama enclave terrorizing residents because he wanted to clash with Raman."
Nana Kwesi Kwansah who is a member of the Akyempim Traditional Council stated that he [Nana Kwesi Kwansah] responded to the senior soldier officer that No!, saying that he told the soldier that he has not even spoken to Raman in his lifetime.
"It is not that l am afraid of anymore and that as for me it is true l am speaking on this matter to you The Raman who is even staying in Awutu Breku and l am living in Gomoa Fetteh who has been taken over of all landed properties of Gomoa Fetteh Stool what am l going to go in Awutu Breku. I have not even bought lands from Awutu Breku. So
how can l partner Raman in selling lands in Awutu Breku," he rethorically stated.
The chief emphasized that he has no lands in Awutu  Breku, saying that since "l have no land in that area why should I go there or send his boys to fight land developers in that area."
According to Nana Kwesi Kwansah, he has not even heard the voice neither seen the body of Raman as a human being before in his life.
He indicated that what he is really knows about Gomoa Akrama land issue which has become public debate was that the wife Founder and Leader of the Dr. Jesus Praying Ministry near Kasoa in the Central Region, Prophet Kofi Sammy who bought plots of land from Gomoa Akrama enclave sorted his assistance for to invite some land developers to buy her land from the Gomoa Akrama.
"So apart from Dr Jesus wife land issue in Awutu Breku, l have no knowledge of any land issue about anyone from there "Nana Kwesi Kwansah stated.
He added that;" sometimes ago when Raman has asked his boys to start harassing the Dr Jesus wife on her land at Awutu Breku, he led Dr Jesus wife to lodge an official complain against one CID officer called Danquah.
"...l must stat Raman is not his friend and that l have not given him anything. So if there are saying that l have given him land-guards to fight land developers in Awutu Breku, so those who are accusing me should order for the arrest of these people," he noted.
Nana Kwesi Kwansah was reacting to the current media report by residents, traditional authorities in Gomoa Akraman to the effect that some land-guards were hired from the Gomoa Fetteh to support Raman to fight land developers in Gomoa Akrama, a suburb of Kasoa.

In that report, residents, traditional authorities in Gomoa Akraman called on the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffo Dampare and interior minister Hon. Ambrose Dery to intervene since Land-guards activities are rapidly rising in the area.
According to some aggrieved traditional rulers, land-guards nowadays are seriously terrorizing them on daily basis destroying lives and properties a situation they described as disturbing and worrying.
The Abusuapanyin of Gomoa Akraman Nana Kwame Ansah narrated that, these land-guards are being recruited and sponsored by a self styled chiefs at Awutu Breku called Raman.
In this sense, they called on the lGP to intervene since the situation is becoming unbearable.
"We are living in fear in Gomoa Akraman since the activities of land-guards are too pathetic and dangerous nowadays, the painful aspect is that, there’s a land-guards kingpin called Raman from Awutu Breku who has went to the extent of destroying lives and properties where series of petitions on such unlawful activities were sent to Central East Regional Police command but it yielded no results, they stated.
In a quick response, Nana Kwesi Kwansah stated that he has no business doing with Raman, saying that if those who were accusing him don't believe what he was saying that they should ordered for the arrest of the miscreants to probe them if he would mentioned his name as being the one who assigned them."
The chief stressed that he is a law abiding citizen who believes in the rules of law and that would be the last person to cross his traditional boundary and go to do former trouble that would threat peace and insecurity of the people in Gomoa Akrama.
