The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona East Constituency in the Central Region, Mrs Queenstar Maame Pokuah Sawyerr has called on religious leaders to support her vision with their prayers to help her complete all the ongoing social and infrastructural intervention projects and programmes within the constituency.

According to the former deputy Central Regional Minister, she respects all religious leaders in the Agona East Constituency and called on them to remember her in their prayers which would protect her to continue to bring sustainable growth and development to the people in the area.

Mrs Sawyerr made the call in an interview with soireenews when she organised an annual party with the religious leaders in Agona East Constituency.

According to the hardworking female MP, the "Words of encouragement and prayers were showered in abundance for mother Ghana and our constituency Agona East! We sang, ate, drank, shared jokes and gifts with love.

"I am excited that I have started the year 2022 with God as always. So stand firmly to commit my ongoing projects in Agona East Constituency into God's hand for protection," she noted.

She pointed out that the ongoing projects are Mankrong Community centre,  Nantefa Community centre, Domeabra Community centre, Faahwia Community centre, Kenyankor Community centre, Taatwee Community centre, Ninta main Bridge, 8) Aboano classroom Block,  Mankrong classroom Block, Kwanyako Toilet project and Osibonkwanta Toilet project.
