Adele has shocked fans with an incredible first Instagram post of 2020, which showcases the amazing body transformation she has undergone.

The singer celebrated her 32nd birthday on Monday and she took to social media to give thanks for the love she had received on her special day.

Adele was pictured in a little black mini- dress that featured a sexy bardot neckline and billowing sleeves. The hitmaker beamed with happiness as she posed in the snap inside a floral flower arrangements that had been erected for her at home lockdown celebration.

She also took the opportunity to share her hopes that her fans are "staying safe and sane" during the coronaviruspandemic.

The singer gave thanks to first responders and essential workers in the post as she wrote: Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time.

The pop superstar, 32, is seen looking slender in a tight black mini-dress in a picture that was shared by Aaron Paul's wife Lauren.

In the picture, she's seen posing in a Las Vegas hotel room on a "sleepover" with a group of friends, including pal Lauren Paul. 

Lauren wrote: "Happy birthday angel babe @adele. You came into my life a few months before I had Story [son], and you quickly became one of the most important figures in my journey as a new mother.

"You have taught me so much. You glow because your heart is full. I'm so proud of the human you are. Wish we were reliving this Vegas sleepover."

Also in the picture is reality star Nicole Richie and wellness guru Jedidiah Jenkins.
