Former President John Dramani Mahama says he is not the kind of politician to make promises for votes.

“Me, I don’t promise,” he stated in Twi on Wednesday, April 12 when he met delegates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Osino in the Fanteakwa South Constituency of the Eastern Region.

“The only promise I make is about my knowledge, expert hard work hard work to work for the people of Ghana if elected president [again],” he said to cheers from the party delegates.
