Terms Of Use

SOIREENEWS JOB BOARD TERMS OF USE

Effective Date. 08/01/2026 These Terms of Use become effective on 08/01/2026

They govern access to and use of the Soireenews Job Board website, mobile services, applications, communication systems, job-posting tools, employer services, candidate services, and all related features operated under the Soireenews Job Board name. References to “Soireenews Job Board,” “Soireenews,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean [Insert Legal Business Name], together with its authorized operators and service providers. References to “you” or “user” include job seekers, employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, advertisers, visitors, and any person or organization that accesses or uses the platform.

Acceptance of These Terms. By visiting, registering for, accessing, or using the Soireenews Job Board, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and any policies incorporated into them. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, organization, recruitment agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

Purpose of the Platform. Soireenews Job Board provides an online marketplace where employers and recruiters can publish employment opportunities, and job seekers can search for positions, submit applications, upload professional information, communicate with employers, and access career-related resources. The platform may contain full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, freelance, internship, apprenticeship, volunteer, remote, hybrid, and other employment-related opportunities. The availability of a listing does not mean that Soireenews has approved, endorsed, investigated, or guaranteed the employer, recruiter, position, compensation, workplace, or opportunity.

Platform Role. Unless a job posting expressly identifies Soireenews as the hiring employer, Soireenews Job Board is not the employer, recruiter, employment agency, staffing company, representative, partner, or agent of users who publish or respond to job listings. We provide technology and communication tools that allow independent users to connect. Employers are solely responsible for their recruitment decisions, and job seekers are solely responsible for deciding whether to apply for or accept an opportunity.

No Guarantee of Employment or Recruitment Results. Soireenews does not guarantee that any job seeker will receive an interview, a job offer, an employment contract, a promotion, a visa, sponsorship, compensation, or any other professional benefit. We also do not guarantee that an employer will receive applications, identify a suitable candidate, fill a vacancy, or achieve any particular hiring result. Search rankings, recommended listings, notifications, applicant matching, and other platform features are provided as informational tools and do not guarantee compatibility or success.

Eligibility. You may use the platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Users who have not reached the legal age required to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction may use the platform only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, educational institution, or other legally authorized person, where permitted by law. You must not use the platform if applicable law prohibits you from receiving or providing the services offered.

Account Registration. Certain services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful registration information and to update that information when it changes. You must not register an account using another person’s identity, a false business identity, misleading credentials, an unauthorized company name, or contact information that you do not control.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, verification codes, and other account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us that the account has been compromised. You must immediately report suspected unauthorized access, identity theft, credential misuse, or other security concerns to [Insert Support Email]. Soireenews may require additional verification, temporarily restrict access, reset credentials, or suspend an account when necessary to protect users or the platform.

One Account and Authorized Use. You may not sell, rent, license, transfer, share, or otherwise provide your account to another person without written authorization from Soireenews. An employer may authorize its employees or recruitment representatives to manage its account, but the employer remains responsible for their actions. Automated account creation, bulk registration, credential trading, and unauthorized access to another user’s account are prohibited.

Job-Seeker Responsibilities. Job seekers must provide truthful and reasonably accurate information in résumés, applications, profiles, cover letters, qualifications, work histories, references, educational records, professional licenses, and communications. You must not misrepresent your identity, immigration or work-authorization status, education, skills, professional credentials, experience, employment history, criminal history, or ability to perform a position, when lawfully requested.

Independent Verification by Job Seekers. Job seekers are responsible for independently investigating employers, recruiters, and opportunities before providing sensitive information, attending interviews, traveling, making commitments, resigning from existing employment, relocating, purchasing equipment, performing work, or accepting an offer. You should use reasonable caution when an alleged employer requests payment, banking information, identification documents, tax records, account credentials, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transfers, equipment purchases, or confidential information before a legitimate employment relationship has been verified.

Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities. Employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, and other job publishers must provide accurate information about their identities, organizations, authority to recruit, available positions, job duties, required qualifications, employment type, location, workplace arrangement, compensation where disclosed, application procedures, deadlines, and material employment conditions. A recruiter must have authorization to advertise the position and communicate with candidates on behalf of the employer or client represented.

Accuracy of Job Postings. Job postings must describe genuine and currently available opportunities or legitimate future hiring needs. Publishers must promptly correct inaccurate information and remove or close listings that have expired, been canceled, or been filled. Listings must not contain fabricated vacancies, misleading compensation claims, disguised advertisements, deceptive business opportunities, false urgency, bait-and-switch offers, or information intended primarily to collect résumés, personal data, payments, sales leads, or website traffic.

Employment-Law Compliance. Employers and recruiters are responsible for complying with all labor, employment, wage, immigration, worker-classification, privacy, data-protection, accessibility, workplace-safety, consumer-protection, and anti-discrimination laws that apply to their operations and recruitment activities. Soireenews does not determine whether a position, selection standard, hiring practice, compensation arrangement, or contractor classification complies with applicable law.

Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination. Users must not publish or promote job advertisements that unlawfully exclude, discourage, prefer, disadvantage, or discriminate against applicants based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, nationality, citizenship where protected, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Legitimate job-related requirements may be stated only when they are lawful, necessary, accurate, and connected to the essential duties of the position.

Compensation and Working Conditions. Employers are responsible for accurately communicating compensation, commissions, benefits, work schedules, probationary periods, performance requirements, contractor status, remote-work conditions, workplace location, travel obligations, and other material terms. A listing must not promise guaranteed earnings, unrealistic income, or benefits that the employer does not intend the provide or is unable to provide. Where applicable law requires salary ranges, pay transparency, benefit information, or other disclosures, the employer is responsible for including them.

Prohibited Fees and Financial Requests. Job listings must not require applicants to pay unlawful recruitment fees, deposits, processing charges, placement fees, interview fees, access fees, or other payments as a condition of obtaining employment. Legitimate licensing costs, background-check expenses, training expenses, equipment arrangements, relocation obligations, or similar costs must be disclosed clearly and handled in accordance with applicable law. A user must never use the platform to persuade an applicant to cash a check, purchase gift cards, transfer funds, receive or forward money, use cryptocurrency, or conduct transactions unrelated to legitimate employment.

Prohibited Opportunities. Users may not advertise pyramid schemes, fraudulent multilevel marketing arrangements, deceptive work-from-home programs, money-transfer schemes, reshipping operations involving unlawfully obtained goods, impersonation schemes, illegal commission programs, unlawful adult services, criminal activity, forced labor, human trafficking, or any opportunity that requires a person to violate the law. Soireenews may reject any posting that appears unsafe, exploitative, deceptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of a legitimate job board.

Candidate Information and Privacy. Employers and recruiters may use applicant information only for legitimate recruitment, hiring, workforce planning, or related employment purposes. They must protect résumés, contact details, identification documents, references, background information, interview records, and other applicant data against unauthorized access, disclosure, sale, misuse, or loss. Applicant information must not be added to unrelated marketing lists, sold to data brokers, used for identity verification unrelated to recruitment, or shared with unauthorized parties.

Résumés and Profile Visibility. Job seekers may be able to create public, limited, searchable, private, or application-specific profiles depending on available platform settings. You are responsible for reviewing the visibility settings associated with your account and deciding what information to publish. You should not place highly sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, passwords, or unnecessary identification details, in a publicly visible résumé or profile.

Applications and Communications. Applications, interview invitations, messages, and employment-related communications may be transmitted through the platform or redirected to an external website. Soireenews does not guarantee that an application or message will be delivered, received, reviewed, answered, or preserved. Users should retain copies of important applications, communications, agreements, and employment documents.

User Content. “User Content” includes job postings, résumés, profiles, company descriptions, logos, images, documents, messages, reviews, comments, applications, and other material submitted through the platform. You retain any ownership rights you lawfully hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Soireenews a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, improve, and provide the platform and its related services.

Responsibility for User Content. You represent that you own your User Content or possess all permissions necessary to submit and use it. You further represent that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, confidentiality obligations, or other rights belonging to another person. You remain responsible for the consequences of publishing, sharing, transmitting, or relying on User Content.

Content Standards. Users must not submit content that is fraudulent, false, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, malicious, sexually explicit, unlawfully violent, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unlawful. Content must not contain malware, spyware, ransomware, corrupted files, harmful code, unauthorized tracking technologies, or links designed to steal credentials or compromise devices.

Intellectual Property. The Soireenews name, platform design, software, databases, graphics, interfaces, original articles, branding, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other platform materials are owned by Soireenews or used under authorization. Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from protected platform materials.

Limited Permission to Use the Platform. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Soireenews grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the platform for legitimate job-search, recruitment, employment-information, or authorized business purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of any platform technology or content and may be withdrawn when these Terms are violated.

Automated Access and Data Scraping. You must not use bots, crawlers, spiders, scraping tools, artificial-intelligence agents, browser automation, data-mining systems, or similar technology to collect job listings, résumés, profiles, contact information, pricing information, or other platform data without prior written authorization. You must not bypass rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, robot-exclusion instructions, authentication requirements, or technical measures designed to protect the platform.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Content. Users who generate job descriptions, résumés, applicant evaluations, screening questions, messages, or other materials with artificial intelligence remain responsible for their accuracy, legality, fairness, and appropriateness. Employers must not rely on automated decision-making tools in a manner that violates applicable employment, privacy, accessibility, or anti-discrimination laws. Soireenews does not guarantee that automated recommendations, matching tools, summaries, or screening features will be complete, unbiased, or suitable for any specific hiring decision.

Prohibited Platform Conduct. You must not interfere with platform operations, overload servers, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, manipulate search results, create misleading engagement, send unsolicited bulk messages, harvest contact information, evade enforcement actions, or assist another person in violating these Terms. You must not use the platform to stalk, intimidate, exploit, threaten, or harass applicants, employers, employees, or other users.

Third-Party Websites and Services. Job postings and other platform content may link to third-party websites, application systems, payment services, background-check providers, social networks, or external resources. Soireenews does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, fees, representations, or actions. Accessing an external service is at your own discretion and may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Paid Services and Job-Posting Fees. Soireenews may charge fees for job postings, featured listings, employer subscriptions, résumé access, advertising, verification services, recruitment tools, or other premium features. Prices, billing cycles, service periods, taxes, renewal conditions, usage limits, and refund eligibility will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in an applicable payment or refund policy. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are charged for access to the purchased service and do not guarantee applications, interviews, hires, views, placement, or recruitment success.

Payment Authorization. By purchasing a service, you authorize Soireenews and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the stated amount, including applicable taxes and recurring charges where you have agreed to automatic renewal. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and for charges incurred through your authorized account. Payment disputes must be submitted through the procedures described in the applicable billing or refund policy.

Promoted and Sponsored Listings. Soireenews may provide paid placement, featured-posting, sponsored-content, or advertising services. Promoted status may affect the visibility or position of a listing but does not constitute verification, endorsement, certification, or a guarantee of legitimacy. Sponsored listings should be identified where required by law or platform policy.

Verification Measures. Soireenews may request business registration records, identity documents, domain-based email verification, employment authorization, payment verification, telephone verification, or other information before approving an account or listing. Verification is a risk-management measure and does not guarantee that a user is trustworthy, financially stable, legally compliant, or free from misconduct. Users must continue to exercise independent judgment.

Monitoring and Content Review. Soireenews may use manual review, automated systems, user reports, fraud-detection tools, and third-party services to monitor activity and enforce these Terms. We are not obligated to review every account, posting, application, or message before publication. The presence of content on the platform does not mean that it has been verified or approved.

Removal of Content. Soireenews may refuse, edit, restrict, disable, close, or remove any job posting, account, message, profile, advertisement, or other content that appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, platform standards, or the legitimate interests of users. We may also remove content that is expired, duplicated, misleading, technically harmful, irrelevant, abandoned, or likely to expose users or the platform to risk.

Account Suspension and Termination. Soireenews may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, engaged in fraud, failed to pay required fees, misused applicant information, published prohibited content, repeatedly generated complaints, or attempted to evade enforcement. Where appropriate, we may preserve records, cooperate with lawful investigations, notify affected parties, or refer suspected misconduct to relevant authorities.

User Termination. You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account closure through the available account controls or by contacting [Insert Support Email]. Closing an account does not automatically cancel outstanding charges, remove information lawfully retained for security or legal purposes, or eliminate obligations that arose before closure.

Reporting Violations. Users are encouraged to report suspicious job listings, fraudulent recruiters, discriminatory advertisements, requests for payment, phishing attempts, impersonation, harassment, intellectual-property violations, or misuse of applicant information to [Insert Abuse or Support Email]. Reports should include sufficient information for review. Soireenews may investigate reports, but cannot guarantee a particular outcome or disclose confidential enforcement information.

Privacy Policy. Personal information collected through the platform is handled in accordance with the Soireenews Job Board Privacy Policy and applicable law. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, sharing practices, retention standards, security measures, and available privacy rights. By using the platform, you acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent privacy and security risks.

Service Availability. We may modify, update, interrupt, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Maintenance, security incidents, technical failures, internet disruptions, third-party service outages, legal requirements, or other circumstances may affect availability. Soireenews does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available access.

Disclaimer of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and all listings, profiles, communications, recommendations, content, tools, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Soireenews makes no warranty that information will be complete, accurate, current, lawful, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not warrant the identity, conduct, financial condition, qualifications, licensing, authority, or intentions of any employer, recruiter, applicant, advertiser, or other user.

Employment Relationship Disclaimer. Soireenews is not responsible for interviews, screening decisions, background checks, reference checks, employment offers, negotiations, workplace conditions, compensation, taxes, benefits, immigration matters, contractor classifications, disciplinary actions, termination decisions, or disputes arising between employers and applicants. Any employment or contractual relationship is formed directly between the relevant parties unless Soireenews is expressly identified as a contracting party.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soireenews and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from platform use, inability to access the platform, reliance on a listing, loss of employment, failed recruitment, lost income, lost data, reputational harm, fraud by another user, unauthorized disclosure, or third-party conduct. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

No Exclusion of Non-Waivable Rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits consumer, employment, privacy, or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, and such provisions will apply only to the extent they are legally enforceable.

Indemnification. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soireenews and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unlawful recruitment activity, employment decisions, or failure to comply with applicable law.

Cooperation with Authorities. Soireenews may preserve and disclose account information, communications, transaction records, job postings, and other relevant data when reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal process, enforce platform rules, investigate fraud, protect users, prevent harm, or respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities. Any disclosure will be subject to applicable law and the Soireenews Privacy Policy.

Governing Law. These Terms will be governed by the laws of [Insert State and Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Users remain responsible for complying with laws applicable in the countries, states, provinces, territories, and localities where they access the platform, recruit workers, publish listings, or seek employment.

Dispute Resolution. Before filing a legal claim relating to the platform, you agree to contact Soireenews at [Insert Legal Contact Email] and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction in [Insert County, State, and Country], unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the matter elsewhere.

Changes to These Terms. Soireenews may revise these Terms to reflect changes in platform features, business practices, security requirements, legal obligations, or operational needs. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability. If a court or other competent authority determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver. A failure by Soireenews to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later. Any waiver must be expressly provided in writing by an authorized representative of Soireenews.

Assignment. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from Soireenews. Soireenews may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, service-provider arrangement, or other lawful business transaction.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Payment Policy, Employer Policy, Job Posting Standards, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms presented for specific services, constitute the agreement between you and Soireenews regarding use of the platform. If specific service terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms will control for that service.

Contact Information. Questions, complaints, legal notices, and reports concerning these Terms or the Soireenews Job Board may be directed to [Insert Legal Business Name], [Insert Mailing Address], [Insert City, State, Postal Code, and Country], or by email at [Insert Legal Contact Email]. Users reporting fraud, unsafe conduct, or suspicious job postings should contact [Insert Abuse or Support Email].

Acknowledgment. By accessing or using the Soireenews Job Board, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. You further acknowledge that Soireenews provides an employment-information platform and does not guarantee the identity, conduct, reliability, legitimacy, or success of any employer, recruiter, job seeker, advertisement, application, interview, job offer, or employment relationship.
