Blakk Rasta, a Ghanaian reggae musician, has renewed his criticism of renowned female vocalist Efya Nokturnal.

He claimed that Efya should allow herself to be healed because she had permitted drugs to corrupt her soul.

After Efya had admitted he didn't know who Blakk Rasta was during an appearance on GhOne TV, he made scathing remarks.

Even after being assisted in recognizing Blakk Rasta, Efya Nokturnal continued to refer to him as the "funny musician who made funny tunes."

“I don’t know who Blakk Rasta is. Is he the radio journalist that does funny music ? Journalist say what they want but Ghanaian musicians don’t care”

Blakk Rasta took offense to Efya's comments and decided to chastise her for using and abusing drugs, which might have tainted her perception of him.

In a quick rebuttal, Blakk Rasta wrote: Sad what DRUGS can do to a beautiful soul. Be delivered and healed, in JESUS name!

Background

Sarkodie's most recent collaboration with Bob Marley was called a perversion of the reggae genre by Blakk Rssta on his show on 3FM. He claimed that the rapper wasn't the ideal choice for the undertaking.

"What Sarkodie did was nothing more than a violation of Bob Marley's legacy. It is so repulsive. What Sarkodie done amounted to a defilement of Bob Marley's sacred music. It is comparable to burying a monarch and then going to steal the gold and gems he was buried with. Walk away laughing like a man in heat after peeing directly into the grave.

Efya apparently found these remarks offensive because she denied knowing him, which caused Blakk Rasta to attack him and call her insults.
