Mr. Musah revealed that, one person by name Prince Yakubu Mohammadu have been arrested in connection to the crime, and has since been remanded into police custody.

Yendi: Gbewaa Palace cautions the Public Against Impersonation

The Gbewaa Palace says some persons are using the palace and the name of the King of Dagbon, Naa Abubakar II to dupe innocent across the country.

Public Relations Officer of the palace, Mr. Musah Yakubu speaking to this television network said those suspects targets politicians and other prominent people in society.

Mr. Musah revealed that, one person by name Prince Yakubu Mohammadu have been arrested in connection to the crime, and has since been remanded into police custody.


He therefore disassociated the palace from all dealings the suspect had with his victims.

He further denied that the suspect is neither a son to the King nor is he in anyway related to the Gbewaa palace.

Mr. Musah mentioned that the suspect had been handed to the police for further investigations and subsequent prosecution.
