Since the inception of the 1992 Constitution and democratic practice, the good people of the Upper Manya Krobo constituency have not been left out in electing worthy Parliamentarians to the August House.
These notable MPs played their roles according to their capacities and capabilities according to the dictates of their time.
Democratic practice and duties have experienced a paradigm shift where all constituents put their best foot forward during Parliamentary primaries.
Paramount unavoidable factors delegates consider are academic efficiency, mental capacity of expression, ability to mobilize financial and material resources and above all, the inter-human relationship with the constituents coupled with the ability and vision to bring development and raise the living standards of the people.
Taking UPPER MANYA KROBO CONSTITUENCY for a case-study, the NDC has been able to elect seven out of the eight Parliamentarians since the inception of the 8th PARLIAMENT.
HON BISMARK TETTEH NYARKO has been our distinguished MP since 2020.
Our Honourable Member of PARLIAMENT has excelled in the House of Legislature even in the Minority
He has the academic and mental acumen that that brings to the fore the ability to rise above all the odds to be a good legislator.
What else more does anyone want to see from his MP who can articulate the issues concerning the Constituency on the floor of PARLIAMENT?
What more do expect from an MP who can marshall and mobilize financial and material resources to the advancement of the NDC and the constituents?
Humility and respect for all is a remarkable hallmark of the character of Hon Bismark Tetteh Nyarko.
We have no better choice than for all those who truly call themselves Akatamansonians to rally behind the NDC flag and vote for Hon Bismark Tetteh Nyarko and John Mahama.
