The Abusuapanin of Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Area, Nana Agyemang Badu has made it emphatically that, to reduce motor accidents, the issues of Pragya must be tackled holistically to save lives in our communities.

According to him, because reckless driving of Pragya riders have become rampant in the western north region, accidents have been extensive and the lives of residents seems threatening whenever they leave home to run errands,

Abusuapanin Agyemang Badu speaking with Soireenews reporter Nattybongo, pleaded with the government to reintroduce Highways maintenance to fill potholes on the major roads to avoid road accidents rather than giving it to contracts which pass through a lot of procurements to delay the process.

Nana Agyemang Badu finally, called on the road ministry, to as a matter of urgency, convert the Kumasi to Accra and Cape Coast to Accra roads to dual carriage to help prevent the frequent fatal accidents on them.

He made these comments when the National Road Safety Authority Director-General, Mrs May Obiri-Yeboah visited Nananom at the Omanhene Katakyie Kwasi Bumankama II's palace, S/Wiawso.
