Wendy Shay has declared that she will be dragging the Gaming Commission of Ghana Food And Drugs Authority(FDA) to the Human Rights Court.

This comes after it was earlier reported that the Gaming Commission had released an official statement, ordering the operators of betting companies in Ghana to desist from using celebrities to entice customers, a move that does not favor any secular celebrity as a majority of them have existing contracts with betting companies.

The FDA had earlier barred Ghanaian celebrities from advertising alcoholic products in the country in what it said what a bid to curb the influence of alcohol on the youths.
