"We Weren’t Paid As The Now Movie Celebs Are Taking Now" - Adwoa Smart Tells

Miniature Ghanaian actress, Belinda Naa Ode Oku, much known as Adwoa Smart has made known of payment issues during her days of acting.
In a recent interview with Akwasi Aboagye of Peace FM, Adwoa stated that, back in her acting days, payment wasn’t as much as what today's movie makers are taking.
According to her, due to how less the money was, she couldn’t make enough out of it. Adwoa revealed that monies that were given after a movie shot was only adequate for bills and other less expenses as compared to this era where artiste charge agreater sum to invest for the future.

She further explained that if things were better during the days of old, she would have made a lot from the art industry for the reason that, she has been stared in numerous movies due to her seriousness and hard work.
She told Akwasi,
“During our days, we weren’t paid as much as they are getting now. The money was literally hand to mouth.
