At the Press Conference held at the Yamoransa Chief Palace, the Paramount Chief of the Nkusukum Traditional Area, Nana Okese Essaudoh IX said, it was during the earlier intended process that they got wind of the information tha, Davis Mac Lylla a.k.a Nana Kweku Adu was an LGBTQI+ and its related activities advocator hence their decision to halt his enstoolment up.

The Nkusukum Traditional Council of Mfantseman Municipality in the Central Region has debunked assertions that the traditional council enstooled gay rights activist, Davis Mac Iyalla as Amankorahen (Nkosuahen) last Saturday as being speculated. 

The council has officially stripped of the chieftaincy title on alleged gay rights activist Amankorahen's Nana Kweku Adu popularly known as (Davis Mac Lyalla).

At the Press Conference held at the Yamoransa Chief Palace, the Paramount Chief of the Nkusukum Traditional Area, Nana Okese Essaudoh IX said, it was during the earlier intended process that they got wind of the information tha, Davis Mac Lylla a.k.a Nana Kweku Adu was an LGBTQI+ and its related activities advocator hence their decision to halt his enstoolment up.

He revealed that he got to know Davis Mac Lylla through some friends in Cape Coast as the very philanthropical person who could help bring development to Yamoransa and for that matter, he called on his elders and families to honour him with Amankorahen to assist the Yamoransa community.
 
He further stated that Davis Mac Lyalla was entrusted with the capacity to bring African American investors to Ghana to foster development in the area.

The Omanhene said the Nkusukum Traditional Council do not condone activities of the LGBTQ+ and its related activities which they will not even entertain in the area.
