The polling station executives of the New Patriotic Patty (NPP) have observed that some Members of Parliament (MPs) holding juicy appointments and contracts in this current administration have been moving from funerals to funerals and granting interviews endorsing Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia as well forcing him down the throats of NPP polling station executives to accept him as the 2024 presidential candidate.
According to them, they want to send a strong signal to those members of Parliament to desist from such campaign moves.
They stated that, it unequivocally without any shred of doubt that, the grassroots delegates stand united behind a presidential candidate who would be accepted by the people of Ghana.
They noted that, An ideal presidential candidate who have message of hope for the teeming unemployed youth, and the good people of Ghana.
They said, they can not afford to lose 2024 general election, they want to tell those MPs that, they should not break the party before they break the'8' they have grossly betrayed the mandate of the grassroots.
