Herdsmen in Bassa, a community in the Sene West District are lamenting on the threat posed to them by some Konkomba's in the district.
According to them, some Konkomba's in the district have adopted the uncultured habit of attacking and killing their cattle without any reason.
One Wofa Solaga told Soireenews reporters that, a section of the Konkomba's have killed over thousands of cattle belonging to the Fulani herdsmen of which a total of three hundred cattle from his herds have been killed.
According to them, such practice occurs during the night after which the assailants will share the beef among themselves.
To add salt to the injury, Wofa Solaga said those group of Konkomba's engaging in such act also threatening them with guns. "they follow us with guns when we confront them, they are even saying they will kill me". He said.
