The Taha Madina Community in the Northern Region has been hit with water crises for months now.

The lack of potable drinking water for people has reached a crescendo, putting a big toil on the residents.

Natives have raised serious concerns with regard to the lack of potable drinking water in the area and it is a well-known fact to every person of the area that the community have been in grief over the same crisis for decades now.

According to them, they travel long distances in search of water as every call to the government to help them resolve the water crises issue has proved pointless.

They told Soireenews that Tamale is very close to the community yet they have no idea why the Ghana water company have refused to help them overcome one of their greatest challenges.

The Taha Madina inhabitants however are pleading with the government of Ghana and all philanthropists for support.
