Actress, Yvonne Nelson, makes cynical remarks about the similarities between politicians and pastors

Yvonne Nelson has stated that there is no difference between politicians and pastors in modern-day Ghana.
According to her, most people involved in both professions are looking to exploit the people that support them.
This, therefore, is the reason to strive to become any of both if one is looking to get rich fast in Ghana since there are many gullible people who are willing to blindly support in the name of party affiliations and religion respectively.
Taking to her Twitter accounts, the actress cynical drew the similarities by outlining that both politicians and pastors claim that they are for the people while their sole aim is to exploit.
"Wanna enrich yourself fast? Try politics. Start a church. They claim they are serving the PEOPLE! They are serving their families every morning, afternoon and evening, and catching flights for desserts,”
“So far, we haven’t really had a leader who GENUINELY cares about the people, wanna argue? Look around you! Visit other regions and come back for a debate,”
She maintained that things were not always this bad and she didn't know how terrible things had gotten until she went for her masters.
Yvonne Nelson has been on a one-woman crusade in the last few months at the forefront of the #FixTheCountry and the Dumsormust stop social media movement.
Alongside Lydia Forson and Efia Odo, the three celebrities have been championing the rights of Ghanaians on Twitter.
