V/R: LGBTQI case adjourned once again
The case according to the court is pending advice.

The Ho High Court has for the third time adjourned the case between the state and the twenty-one LGBTQI suspects.
The court presided over by Justice Felix Datsomor has adjourned the case which lasted for less than twenty minutes to Wednesday, 14 July 2021.
According to the court, the docket has been sent to the office of the Attorney General, pending advice hence the adjournment.
Most of the activists wore pullover jackets, covering their faces after the day’s proceedings.
Some family and friends were seen at the court to sympathise with the suspects.
