Update: Mother of newly born baby dumped in the toilet at Nangom still not found - Eyewitness.

 Report gathered by soireenews indicates that a newborn baby has been found in a public toilet facility at Nangom, a community in the Dormaa West district of the Bono region.

The sad incident occurred in the hours of Monday 7 March 2022.

Fortunately, the baby was retrieved from the toilet and had since been admitted to the Dormaa government hospital receiving treatment.

Soireenews speaking with champion patriotic, an eyewitness, disclosed that the mother of the newborn baby boy has since not been found.

Adding that the mother might not be a resident of the area. he said, efforts to apprehend the mother of the baby had been unsuccessful because the public toilet had no caretaker.

" if the toilet has a caretaker the suspect would have been trapped by now", the champion stressed.

He revealed that blood was sprinkled around an area on the toilet, indicating that the mother gave birth at the same public toilet facility after dumping the baby.

Currently, inhabitants are assisting the police to find the suspect in the act.
