The 25 year-old Emmanuel Ackon, a suspected Armed robber who was hacked by Unknown assailants on 27 December 2021 has been confirmed dead at the Obuasi government hospital.

 Speaking to soireenews Nana Yaw Opoku in an engagement with DSP Martin Assenso, the Obuasi police Commander, he stressed that, the police are yet to ascertain circumstances leading to Emmanuel's murderer but died out of excessive bleeding.

He added that, the police will proceed to court on Thursday to withdraw a robbery and rape case leveled against the deceased once he has passed on.

It is recalled that, on November 7, 2020, the deceased manhood was gnawed by a 24-year-old lady at Abompe new site in a "blow job process” after taking 550 Ghana cedi’s, a flat screen tv and some belongings. He was granted bail some two weeks ago but met his untimely death at Obuasi government hospital after he was hacked and sent for treatment on 27 December 2021.

Authority say, proper documents must be filled by the deceased family before the release of their beloved. currently, the body has since been deposited at the Obuasi government hospital morgue pending Autopsy.
