Two electrocuted to death at Afrancho

Two people have been electrocuted to death at Afrancho Hemang in the Afigya Kwabre South district of the Ashanti region.
The incident happened on Thursday, September 2, 2021, and the deceased were said to have attended the funeral of a brother to a colleague DJ when the incident occurred.
Two other people including a female whose identities are yet to be established are currently in a critical condition and are receiving treatment at the accident and emergency centre of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
An eyewitness told that the four were mounting a canopy when the metal got in contact with a naked live cable which led to the death of two a the spot.
One of the deceased has been identified as 'DJ Speed.
