Twifo Atti-morkwa DCE Lauds Akufo-Addo For Improving Education In Ghana 

The District Chief Executive of Twifo Atti-morkwa District Assembly in the Central Region, Mr. Robert Agyemang Nyantakyi has revealed that, among the successive governments since independence, it is the Akufo Addo's government that has made a tremendous improvement in education.

He alluded that President Akufo Addo would forever be remembered in the history of Ghana for the magnanimous transformation he has brought in the education sector which has a multiple benefits for today's and the future generations.

Talking about some of the gains in education by President Akufo Addo, Mr Nyantakyi talked about the capitation grants (an amount of money that the government volts for all the basic schools to run the schools).

 He also spoke about the school feeding program and maintained that it has helped to increase enrollment significantly in the basic schools.

The Twifo Atti-morkwa DCE also touted the government for the introduction of guarantor free students loan policy which has given a financial relief on parents and urged parents to encourage their children who have completed SHS to take advantage of this great opportunity to continue their education in the University

In an interview with Soireenews.com, Mr Nyantakyi toppled the Akufo Addo's monumental achievements in education with the almighty Free Senior High School Policy which has narrowed the wide gap that existed between the poor and the rich in terms of education.
