Trinity United Church Women's Fellowship (TWF) donates to the University of Ghana Hospital’s Maternity Unit and Police Station.

Speaking at the event on Wednesday 12th October 2022, TWF President, Patience Anim Hughes stressed the need to care for mothers and people in police custody.

“We must care for and consider the mothers, expectant mothers in hospitals, and people in custody of the law and as our theme goes: let your life radiates like that of Jesus. This is what we must do” she said.

According to her, if such things are done, it fulfills the desire of these mothers and can also help transform culprits.

Receiving the items, the head of the maternity unit at University Health Services, Sadiatu Abudakar Beninusah commended TWF for their considerate action.

Also, Legon’s station officer, Inspector John Bosco Ayisala expressed gratitude to the Fellowship for their kind gestures.

He urged people to follow such good examples randomly since donations like these are usually associated with the Christmas season, he asserted.
