To promote music from Ghana and South Africa, two gospel musicians collaborate.

The relationship between Ghana and South Africa has improved throughout time, particularly in the sphere of trade as residents from the two nations have formed alliances to look for commercial possibilities.

However, some residents of the two nations are establishing new.

alliances in other fields.

The most recent is a musical collaboration between Ghanaian Gospel musician Carl Clottey, the founder of Carl Clottey's Ministry, and South African award-winning gospel singer Putuma Tiso.

The relationship was announced at the Calvary Worship and Praises Encounter's 10-year anniversary celebration, which was held in Accra to honor God's goodness in the ministry.

The event drew a sizable crowd and included stirring performances by special guests Putuma Tiso among others.

Other musicians who electrified the night were Pastor Isiah, Alexandrah, Minister Max Praise and Apostle Abraham Lamptey.

She thus disclosed that the two are going to work together to blend the music of the two countries to promote it beyond the continent.

She said when the project starts, Minister Clottey will travel to join her in South Africa, adding that with Carl Clottey, it is even possible for her to compose Ghanaian song.

Putuma, who started her music career as an Afro-pop singer before she ceded to her divine calling, was one of the lead vocalists for the late South African Jazz musician, Hugh Masekela.

On his part, Minister Clottey thanked Putuma Tiso for honouring his invitation.

He described her as a tool God is using for His work in terms of song ministration.

He confirmed the partnership deal, saying, “she’ll definitely be back in Ghana and we also sing in South Africa, we will work it out, we have big plans.”

“Most definitely, we are going to do a lot of partnerships. She’s going to connect me to a lot of artistes and I am also going to connect her to a lot of artistes. We are all going to help each other to push the gospel to next level,” said Carl Clottey.
