The Paramount Chief of Asogli Traditional Council in the Volta Region, the Agbogbomefia Togbe Afede XIV has called for a law that will seek to address issues of abandoned developmental projects in the country.

According to the chief, it is necessary to draft a law that will make sure that, successive governments do not abandon projects started by the other government.

This according to him is not helping the development of the country and must be tackled to hold every Government that will not complete and commission any Developmental project started.

The Chief speaking during a courtesy call on him by the Former President, John Mahama further says it's time the government pay attention to the Ho Accra highway and also expressed his disappointment over how state-owned lands are been taken by individuals for private development in the Ho municipality without anyone questioning such individuals.

He, therefore, called on all Ghanaians to play their part to protect the state properties.
